From the construction of the jewelry at the computer up to the mold construction, all work steps are performed by our skilled hands. We just do customer orders and produce to meet your individual requirements. Meaning your jewelry remains an individual and will not be copied. We cast your jewelry from a single piece to avoid unsightly joints and in this way it is possible to realize complicated grindings and take advantage from the special properties of the material. Through the casting the jewelry is already as close as possible to the final contours because required shapes or holes can be implemented during the casting process.
To get the best possible result, materials have to be respected by a casting-compatible design because different materials have different chemical properties influencing this process. This will be assured by the CAD construction. Furthermore the choice of the cast process, fitting to the material is critical. In this way we can guarantee a homogeneous final result.
